General Provisions

1 Introduction and Definitions

3 Account Registration and Security

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Keeping your login password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
If you suspect a security breach on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
Sharing or transferring access to your account with a third party is prohibited.
Identity verification may be required to change account details.

Financial Transactions

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on bkk3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.

bkk3 reserves the right to delay withdrawals until the verification process is complete. Transactions may be cancelled if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bkk3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms. General bonus provisions:

Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on first deposit up to ৳5,000.
Wagering requirement: 20 times (20x) wagering is required for each bonus.
Winnings from bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
bkk3 reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
Attempting to take unfair advantage of bonuses will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

6 VIP and Rewards Program

bkk3's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits increase as you move to a higher tier:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is processed at a set time each week. bkk3 reserves the right to change the cashback amount or distribution schedule.

Betting Rules

7 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bkk3 has full discretionary authority to accept or reject any bet. Bets may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system problem.
If an event or match is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled.
If the result of an event becomes known after the bet is placed (including match-fixing).
If evidence of an account security breach is found.

If a bet is cancelled, the original stake will be returned to the account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkk3 platform and may result in account termination:

Any form of fraud, manipulation or deceptive activity.
Attempting to gain unfair profit by exploiting technical errors in the system.
Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
Using this platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Attempting to gain unfair advantage by violating bonus terms and conditions.
Using automated bots or software to manage bets.

Legal Provisions

9 Privacy and Personal Data

10 Limitation of Liability

Any bet or game session affected by loss of internet connection or technical problems.
Any financial loss caused by errors in third-party game software.
Damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account if your password is exposed due to your own negligence.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, etc.).

bkk3's total liability under any circumstances is limited to the balance available in your account.

11 Intellectual Property

12 Account Closure and Suspension

Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
At the user's own request.
